高原日光温室生态猪舍冬季保温通风系统的设计

- 摘要:
- 为了实现猪舍的保暖增温性能,从新材料的应用、合理选址、日常的科学管理、控制、集成现有的技术成果进行优化设计等多方面入手,将日光温室、发酵床、塑料膜、保温被、手动卷膜通风、一次喷涂成型高强度保温材料等技术集成优化设计;同时配合科学管理控制。结果表明:这种猪舍冬季的平均保温性明显高于传统猪舍,比传统猪舍平均增温8~10 ℃,实现了高原日光温室生态猪舍冬季的保暖增温通风性能。冬季保温通风系统建立后,可使高原日光温室生态猪舍环境温度达14~23 ℃,相对湿度达50%~80%,是猪只生存的最佳环境,使猪生长速度快,肥育效果好。
- Abstract:
- For better thermal insulation property,how to optimize technology integration and adopt scientific management and control through various aspects were discussed such as application of new material,selection of place and scientific management and control.The results showed that the new kind of piggery had better thermal insulation property than traditional piggery with higher temperature 8~10 ℃,which realized thermal insulation and ventilation of solar-greenhouse type eco-piggery in plateau.In conclusion,the establishment of thermal insulation and ventilation system could increase the temperature of piggery 14~23 ℃ and humidity of piggery 50%~80%,which was the best condition for piggery living.?
