为黑木耳安全生产和全面提高黑木耳品质质量,分析了黑木耳中农药残来源,并提出了黑木耳张农药污染的控制措施。
- Abstract:
- In order toimprove the quality of in black fungus products,the source of pesticide residues in black fungus were analyzed.And some measures for controlling and eliminating pesticide residues of black fungus were proposed.
