- 蔬菜中的农药残留是影响蔬菜产品卫生质量的主要因素之一。就我国蔬菜常用农药种类性质,蔬菜中农药残留形成途径进行论述,并就家庭中如何减少蔬菜农药残留提出四种行之有效的方法。
- Abstract:
- Pesticide residue in vegetables is one of the main factors affecting the hygiene quality of vegetable products.The nature of pesticide species commonly used for vegetables in our country and the formation process of pesticide residues in vegetables were discussed.Furthermore,four different effective methods for reduce pesticide residues on vegetables at home were also presented
