- 为研究苦参碱及氧化苦参碱对番茄灰霉菌菌丝体和孢子的抑制作用,以番茄灰霉菌(Botrytis cinerea野生型菌株38B1)为供试靶菌,采用平皿法测定了不同浓度苦参碱(Matrine)和氧化苦参碱(Oxymatrine)对灰霉菌孢子萌发及菌丝体生长的抑制效果。结果表明:接菌培养时间相同,苦参碱和氧化苦参碱对灰霉菌丝体生长的最佳抑制浓度为 8和 10 mg·mL-1。处理 8 h 后,苦参碱浓度为 3 mg·mL-1、氧化苦参碱为 4 mg·mL-1 时即能抑制孢子萌发。苦参碱及氧化苦参碱浓度、处理时间相同时,孢子悬浮液的滴加体积为 0.06 mL ,孢子萌发率最低。
- Abstract:
- In order to research the inhibition effect of matrine and oxymatrine against Botrytis cinerea,the plate method was adopted to observe inhibition effect that different concentrations of matrine and oxymatrine inhibited spore germination and mycelial growth of Botrytis cinerea (wild type strain 38B1).The results showed that Botrytis cinerea mycelial growth was completely inhibited by matrine of 8 mg·mL-1 and oxymatrine of 10 mg·mL-1.After 8 h,when the matrine concentration was 3 mg·mL-1 and the oxymatrine concentration was 4 mg·mL-1,Botrytis cinerea spore germination was effectively inhibited. With the same concentrations of matrine and oxymatrine and treatment time adding the spore suspension 0.06 mL,Botrytis cinerea spores germination rate was the lowest.
