- 为研究含油量差异较大的文冠果种子与其显微结构间的关系。选取不同地区的文冠果种子,利用扫描电镜观测油体亚显微结构,测定不同地区文冠果种子含油量,分析种子含油量与油体亚显微结构的关系。结果表明:对文冠果种子扫描电镜切片的操作进行了优化,确定了梯度乙醇脱水时间20 min为宜。电镜下文冠果种子油体多呈现为圆形或者椭圆形,大小不一。不同地区品种的文冠果种子含油量差异较大,种子含油量与油体数目呈现正相关的关系,即含油量相对较多的文冠果种子油体数量更多、密集,反之含油量稀少的文冠果种子油体数量少、稀疏。
- Abstract:
- In order to research the relationship betwwen crown fruit seed and its microsturcture of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge,taking Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seeds as materials,their oil content from several regions were explored,and the relationship between the number of oil bodies and oil content were analyzed by SEM (scanning electron microscope). The results showed that operation of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seed scanning electron microscope specimen was optimized,the slices produced the best dehydration time for each level of ethanol dehydration to 20 min. Under electron microscope body oil showed round or oval in shape and size. And the difference between varieties in different regions of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seed oil content was larger.Oil content was positively related with the number of oil bodies,in other words,the more oil bodies,the richer and more intensive oil content of seed,and the less oil bodies,the smaller and thinner oil bodies.
