- 2016年农业部正式发布《关于推进马铃薯产业开发的指导意见》,将马铃薯作为主粮产品进行产业化开发,为黑龙江省马铃薯产业发展带来了新机遇。通过分析黑龙江省马铃薯产业的发展现状、存在问题,对推动黑龙江省马铃薯产业开发提出相应的对策和建议,以营养指导消费,以消费引导生产。
- Abstract:
- In 2016 the ministry of agriculture released the guidance about advancing the development of potato industry, potato as a staple food product to industrialization development, it brought new opportunities to the development of Heilongjiang province potato industry. The present situation, problems of development of potato industry in Heilongjiang province were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasure and suggestions were put forward to promote the potato industry development of Heilongjiang province,in nutritional guidance consumption,and to guide production with consumption.
