- 为探讨城镇化进程中女性农民工压力现状及其主要压力源,利用自编的压力调查问卷在上海、南京、镇江、无锡4个城镇化发展典型地区调研获得的231份样本,建立OLS线性回归模型。结果表明:女性农民工压力均值为28.52,存在较严重的压力问题。人际关系、工作情况、家庭与工作冲突和城市融入是影响压力水平的4个主要压力源,其中人际关系压力源在1%的水平上显著影响压力水平,工作情况、家庭与工作冲突和城市融入3个压力源在5%的水平上对压力水平影响显著。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the pressure problems and pressure sources of female migrant workers in the process of urbanization, using 231 samples obtained from four typical areas in Shanghai, Nanjing, Zhenjiang and Wuxi through the self-made questionnaires, and establishing the OLS linear regression model. The results showed that the average pressure value of the female migrant workers was 28.52, so the female migrant workers do exist serious pressure problems. And interpersonal relationship, working condition, family-work conflict and city integration were the four main pressure sources. Relationship affected the level of pressure significantly at 1% level. Working condition, family-work conflict and city integration had a significant impact on the level of pressure at 5% level.
