- 运用2008及2013年江苏省食品加工业和其8个子产业的面板数据，采用偏离-份额分析法对江苏省食品加工业及其子产业竞争力进行评价，并在此基础上确定未来其行业主导产业的选择。结果表明：考察期内江苏省食品加工业发展水平劣于全国，具体来看，其产业结构不大合理，竞争力水平与全国相近。其8个子产业也发展各异，其中谷物磨制业、植物油加工业、制糖业以及蔬菜、水果和坚果加工业综合而言竞争力相对较强。未来江苏省食品加工业应以这4个产业作为主导产业大力发展，并调整产业结构，以提升其产业竞争力，加快农业产业化进程。
- Abstract:
- Based on shift-share analysis, using panel data on food processing industry and its eight sub-industries in Jiangsu province in 2008 and 2013, to evaluate the competitiveness of the food processing industry in Jiangsu province. And following the results, the choices of its leading industries in the future were figured out.The results showed that the developing level of food processing in Jiangsu province was worse than the whole nation during the investigation period. Among which, its industrial structure was irrational, and the level of competitiveness was similar to the whole nation.And the developments of its sub-industries were different. Specifically, the processing industry of grain, vegetable oil, sugar and vegetables,fruits and nuts were more competitive. Therefore, those four industries as leading industries should be taken in the future and readjust the industrial structure to enhance its industrial competitiveness, and finally accelerate the process of the agricultural industrialization.
