- 为研究建立我国芒果炭疽菌室内致病力快速、稳定的测定方法,以芒果炭疽菌为供试菌株,以贵妃芒的离体枝条、叶片和果实为材料,采用不同的方法造成伤口后接种芒果炭疽病菌,在25 ℃条件下培养5 d后观测各处理的发病程度。结果表明:枝条接种,经烫打和打孔处理的病斑长度显著大于其余7种处理的病斑长度,其差异性达显著水平;叶片正、反面烫伤、10针刺伤处理的病斑长度显著大于3针、6针和割伤3种处理的病斑长度,差异显著;果实接种,经烫打、烫伤、打孔、10针刺伤处理的病斑长度显著大于3针、6针、环割3种处理的病斑长度,差异显著。从试验材料的选取、试验操作的难易度与稳定性及病斑的大小等方面综合分析认为,以直径为5 mm菌饼接种在10针刺伤的古铜叶反面,在相对湿度100%、室温25 ℃条件下培养5 d后的病斑直径可以作为评价病原菌致病力的依据。
- Abstract:
- In order to set up a fast and stable laboratory determining methods for the virulence of the pathogens of mango anthracnose pathogen in China.As with mango anthracnose pathogen strains tested, the mango anthracnose pathogen strains was respectively inoculated on excised twigs, leaves and fruits,which were collected from Guifei mango and wounded by different methods. The inoculated materials were cultured at 25 ℃ and the pathogenic severity of all treatments was observed. The results showed that in inoculated twigs, the lesion lengths of the twigs wounded by scald holing, holing treatments were significantly bigger than the other inoculated twigs,and there were significant differences among them.In inoculated leaves, the lesion lengths of the leaves upper and under side wounded by scalding and pricking ten times were significantly bigger than three times,six times,and ahearing. In inoculated fruits, the lesion lengths of the fruits wounded by scald holing,scalding,holing and ten times pricking treatments were significantly bigger than three times,six times pricking,and around ahearing. And there were significant differences among them. Summing up all the factors of the difficulty level of the material choice, the size of the lesion,the degree of difficulty,the test operations and the other stability analysis. The lesion lengths of 5 mm diameter bacteria piece inoculated in ten times pricking injuries bronze opposite leaves, a relative humidity of 100% lesion diameter after 5 d,at 25 ℃, could be used as a basis for evaluation of pathogenic pathogens.
