- 为探明外源SA浸种对盐胁迫下小油菜幼苗渗透性物质及叶绿素含量的影响,以五月慢小油菜幼苗为试验材料,采用沙培法,研究了不同浓度SA在盐胁迫下对小油菜幼苗叶绿素、地上部脯氨酸、地上部可溶性糖和地上部MDA含量的影响。结果表明:以蒸馏水浸种为对照, 0~0.50 mmol·L-1的SA使小油菜幼苗叶绿素和地上部的脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量增加,1.00~8.00 mmol·L-1的SA,使其相应指标降低;盐胁迫下,叶绿素含量增加,地上部的脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量降低。以蒸馏水浸种为对照,0~1.00 mmol·L-1的SA使小油菜幼苗地上部MDA含量下降,2.00~8.00 mmol·L-1的SA使MDA增加;盐胁迫下,MDA含量增加。0.25~1.00 mmol·L-1的SA有利于改善盐胁迫下小油菜幼苗地上部各项研究指标。
- Abstract:
- In order to investigate the effect of exogenous SA soaking to osmosis substances and chlorophyll content of Brassica chinensis L.seedling under salt stress.Taking Wuyueman seeds as test materials,the effects of different SA concentrations under salt stress on chlorophyll,Proline,soluble sugar and MDA of aerial proportion of Brassica chinensis L.were studied with sand culture method.The results showed that compared with seed soaking in distilled water,seed soaked with SA from 0 to 0.50 mmol·L-1 could increase the chlorophyll,Proline and soluble sugar of aerial portion of Brassica chinensis L.seeding,while the related indicators were decreased when seed soaked with SA from 1.00 to 8.00 mmol·L-1; under salt stress,the content of chlorophyll was increased,while Proline and soluble sugar of aerial portion were decreased.Compared with seed soaking in distilled water,seed soaked with SA from 0 mmol?L-1 to 1.00 mmol·L-1 could decrease MDA of Brassica chinensis L.seeding,while MDA were increased when seed soaked with SA from 2.00 mmol·L-1 to 8.00 mmol·L-1;under salt stress,the content of MDA increased.The results showed that seed soaked with SA from 0.25 to 1.00 mmol·L-1 ,which was beneficial to improve the research indexes of aerial portion of Brassica chinensis L.seedlings under salt stress.
