- 为了开展黔南州核桃嫁接繁殖,在不同温度和湿度条件进行核桃嫁接后的成活率调查分析,探讨温度和湿度对核桃嫁接成活率的影响。结果表明:温度和嫁接成活率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),湿度和嫁接成活率呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。即:在一定的温度和湿度范围内,嫁接时的温度越高,嫁接成活率越高,湿度越高,成活率越低。因此在黔南地区应选择在温度为在20~25 ℃,相对湿度为在60%~75%条件下进行核桃嫁接。
- Abstract:
- In order to carry out grafting reproduction of walnut in Qiannan region, grafting survival rate of walnut under different temperature and humidity conditions was investigated,the effect of temperature and humidity on grafting survival rate of walnut was discussed.The results showed that there was very significant positive correlation(P<0.01) between the temperature and the grafting survival rate,there was significantly negative correlation (P<0.01)between the humidity and graft survival rate.That is,in a certain range of temperature and humidity,when the higher grafting temperature,survival rate was the higher,when the higher humidity,survival rate was the lower.Therefore,walnut grafting conditions should be in the temperature of 20~25 ℃ and the relative humidity of 60%~75% in Qiannan region.
