- 为建立云南酸木瓜中总黄酮含量的测定方法,以芦丁为标准样品,采用分光光度法测定酸木瓜中总黄酮含量(吸收波长:510 nm,相关系数:0.999 7,RSD:0.013%,平均回收率:99.20%)。结果表明:芦丁浓度与吸光度呈良好线性关系,新鲜酸木瓜中总黄酮含量(以芦丁计)为(1.76±0.013)%。
- Abstract:
- In order to provide scientific reference and establish a simple method of determination for total flavonoids from acidic fructus Chaenomeles of Yunnan,taking rutin as the standard sample,the method of determination of total flavonoids from acidic fructus Chaenomeles by UV Spectrophotometry was found(absorption wavelength:510 nm;correlation coefficient:0.999 7;RSD:0.013%,average recovery:99.20%).The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between concentration and absorbance in rutin.The total contents of flavonoids in fresh acidic fructus Chaenomeles was (1.76±0.013)%(In terms of rutin).
