- 以哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)突变菌株hc-9和出发菌株hc为试验材料,在25 ℃条件下,将其分别与四种病原真菌(立枯丝核菌、茄镰孢菌、核盘菌和茄链格孢菌)进行对峙培养,以明确哈茨木霉突变株对病原菌的拮抗作用。结果表明:哈茨木霉突变菌株hc-9与出发菌株hc相比,对四种病原真菌(立枯丝核菌、茄镰孢菌、核盘菌和茄链格孢菌)的抑制率不同,但对同种病原菌抑制率相近。由此可知,哈茨木霉突变菌株hc-9拮抗能力没有因抗性突变而降低,且哈茨木霉突变菌株hc-9的重寄生能力与哈茨木霉出发菌株hc相比没有明显差异。
- Abstract:
- Taking Trichoderma harzianum starting strain and mutant strain as experimental materials,four kinds of pathogenic fungi(Rhizoctonia solani,Fusarium solani,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Alternaria solani)were bi-cultured with them,the antagonism of mutant strain hc-9 was studied under the condition of 25 ℃.The results showed that the inhibition rate of T.harzianum mutant strain against different pathogenic fungi was different compared to starting strain,but similar to the same pathogen fungus,and the difference of mycoparasitism was no significance between T.harzianum mutant strain hc-9 and T.harzianum starting strain hc.
