- 为进一步挖掘园林新树种费约果在生态修复领域的应用前景,用不同浓度的NaCl和Na2CO3以及镉、镍、铜、锌、铅、铬几种重金属溶液对费约果盆栽苗进行处理,开展了盐碱和重金属胁迫对费约果植株生理生化影响研究。结果表明:Na+浓度低于400 mmol?L-1时,费约果能够保持基本正常的生长,超过400 mmol?L-1则生长受到抑制;费约果对锌的吸收非常快,其根部能够富集大量重金属离子,与地上部分的重金属离子浓度差异极显著,费约果对铅和镍离子的吸收较低。
- Abstract:
- For further explore of the application prospects for Feijoa,that a new landscape spices in the field of ecological restoration,the potted?Feijoa?plants were treated under different saline-alkali and heavy metal stress,and the physiological and biochemical response of Feijoa?plants were studied.The results showed that the Feijoa?grew normally below the Na+?concentration of 400 mmol?L-1,and that was restrained above 400 mmol?L-1?yet.Feijoa?plant absorbed Zn2+?faster,the root accumulated more heavy metal ions than leaf,while absorbed less Pb2+?and Ni2+?than the other heavy metals.
