- 大豆新品种合农61是在杂交育种{合交9983(北丰11×合交97-793)}连续选择的基础上,利用航天育种技术处理合交9983F5风干种子后经过多代定向选择育成,2010年由国家农作物品种审定委员会审定推广。该品种生育日数121 d,需≥10℃活动积温2 350℃,在北方春大豆种植区域为中早熟品种;区域试验平均产量〖JP2〗2 811.0 kg?hm-2,较对照品种绥农14增产10.5%,增产极显著;2009年6点生产试验平均产量 2 977.5 kg?hm-2,较对照品种绥农14增产9.2%;油分含量20.76%,蛋白质含量38.69%,水溶性蛋白含量高,达到了国家一级标准,适宜做食用大豆;中抗灰斑病、中感花叶病毒病Ⅰ号株系、抗疫霉根腐病;适宜北方春大豆中早熟区种植。
- Abstract:
- On the basis of continuous selection for crossbreeding Hejiao9983(Beifeng 11×Hejiao 97793) and directional selection for many years with the space mutation breeding technology on Hejiao 9983F5 airdry seeds,the new soybean variety Henong 61 had been bred.Henong 61 had been judged and popularized by the national crops cultivar registration committee in 2010.Its growing days was 121 and it needed≥10℃ active accumulated temperature 2 350℃.It belonged to midearly variety in spring soybean in northeast of China.The regional testing average yield were 2 811.0 kg?hm-2 and the increase production by 10.5% compareed with the check variety Suinong 14.The increased production reached a significant level.The 6 sites production testing average yield in 2009 were 2 977.5 kg?hm-2 and the increased production by 9.2% compared with the check variety Suinong 14.The oil content of Henong 61was 20.76% and the protein content was 38.69%,the high watersoluble protein content reached national primary standard which was suitable for edible.And it had moderate resistance to grey speck disease,moderate susceptibility to SMV Ⅰ and resistance to phytophthora root rot.It was suitable for plant in spring soybean in northeast of China.
