- 为探究黑土有效硼含量测定的适宜方法,以采自黑龙江省大部分土壤类型的耕作层表土的206份土样为试材,对传统测定即热水浸提与0.05 mol?-1盐酸浸提测定土壤有效硼的相关性进行了研究。结果表明:供试土样的有效硼含量为HOT-B>HCL-B,HOT-B平均值为HCL-B的2.00倍,当土壤pH<7.5时两种方法的相关系数最大(r=0.898 0**,P<0.01)。说明在酸性和中性土壤上HCL-B能够替代HOT-B测定土壤有效硼含量。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore optimal method for the determination of soil available B content in black soil,Total 206 soil samples,which represented the main soil types of Heilongjiang province were collected to study the relationship between the traditional hot water extraction method (HOT-B) and 0.05 mol?L-1?HCl(HCl-B) extraction method for soil available B in black soil.The results showed that the soil available B contents with HOT-B had 2.00 times higher than that with HCl-B.The correlation coefficient reach the highest value as soil pH<7.5 (r=0.898 0**,P<0.01).Therefore,the HOT-B extraction method could be replaced by the HCl-B extraction method for soil available B in alkaline and neutral black soil.
