- 为了安全、高效地防治南瓜蚜虫,以南瓜蚜虫为试验对象,采用浸渍法对20种中草药的乙醇提取物进行了室内抑菌活性测定。结果表明:花椒、夹竹桃花、大血藤、苍耳子和油茶这5种植物的乙醇粗提物对蚜虫有致死作用,其中,花椒粗提物对瓜蚜的杀虫效果最明显,处理浓度为2 000 mg?L-1,对瓜蚜校正死亡率为87.1%。
- Abstract:
- In order to safely and efficiently control aphid of pumplcin,taking aphid of pumpkin as test insect, antibacterial activity of alcohol extraction from 20 species of plant against melon aphid were determined with dipping method.The results showed that the alcohol extraction from Zanthoxylum bungeanum?Maxim.,Nerium indicum?Mill.,Sargentodoxa cuneata,Xanthium sibiricum?and Camellia oleifera Abel?had lethal effect on aphid.When the concentration of extraction form Zanthoxylum bungeanum?Maxim.was 2 000 mg?L-1,corrected mortality reached 87.1%.
