- 干旱是影响向日葵生长和产量的主要非生物胁迫因子之一,为筛选耐旱向日葵种质资源,采用干旱复水的方法,以恢复指数为指标对40份国外引进向日葵资源的苗期耐旱性进行鉴定。 结果表明:共鉴定出耐旱性较强的资源9份,中等耐旱性资源18份,弱耐旱性资源13份。

Drought is one of the main abiotic stress which affect the growth and yield of sunflower,in order to screen germplasm resources with drought resistance.The tolerance of 40 sunflower germplasms in seedling stage were identified by rewatering after drought.The results showed that nine germplasms were tolerant to drought,18 germplasms were moderate tolerant to drought and 13 germplasm were weak tolerant to drought.
