- 为了优化桑叶多糖提取工艺,在纤维素酶、果胶酶联合作用下,利用超声辅助,通过单因素与正交试验,研究酶种类及用量、超声时间、超声温度、超声功率、乙醇浓度以及超声次数等因素对桑叶多糖提取产率的影响。结果表明:桑叶中多糖提取最佳条件为纤维素酶与果胶酶酶比例为1∶2、乙醇比例2.5∶1、超声时间60 min、超声温度80℃、超声功率60 W、超声次数3次。酶超声双辅助提取桑叶多糖能有效提高提取率和原料利用率。
- Abstract:
- In order to optimize process of polysaccharide extraction form mulberry leaf,under the joint action of cellulase,pectinase,using the ultrasonic assisted,through single factor and orthogonal experiment,the effect of type of enzyme,dosage of enzyme,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic power,ethanol concentration and ultrasonic frequency on polysaccharide extraction yield was discussed.The results showed the best conditions of extraction of polysaccharides was that cellulase and pectinase enzyme ratio of 1〖DK1〗∶2,ethanol ratio of 2.5∶1,ultrasonic time was 60 min,ultrasonic temperature was 80℃,ultrasonic power was 60 W,ultrasonic frequency was 3 times.Ultrasonic double enzymeassisted extraction of mulberry leaf polysaccharide could improve the extraction yield and the utilization rate of raw materials.
