灌浆结实期持续高强度控水对水稻籽粒灌浆的影响

- 为探明土壤水分持续胁迫对水稻籽粒灌浆特性的影响,通过盆栽控水试验,以上育397和绥粳3号为材料,应用Richards方程比较了灌浆结实期1~30 d土壤水势0 kPa(正常供水)和-65~-60 kPa(水分胁迫)两个处理水稻优、劣势粒籽粒灌浆特性。结果表明:灌浆结实期持续-65~-60 kPa控水对两品种产量没有显著影响。控水使两品种优势粒和劣势粒最大灌浆速率和平均灌浆速率降低,粒重增量减少,但持续控水延长了籽粒有效灌浆时间,因而千粒重并未显著降低。控水使上育397优势粒起始生长势增加,劣势粒起始生长势降低,而使绥粳3号各部位起始生长势R0均降低;使两品种各部位到达最大灌浆速率的时间均拖后。控水使两品种优势粒前期灌浆时间缩短,劣势粒前期灌浆时间延长,中、后期灌浆时间延长。
- Abstract:
- In order to investigate the effect of continuous controlling water on rice grainfilling characteristics,taking two rice varieties Shangyu 397 and Suijing 3 as materials,effect of continuous controlling water treatments at -65~-60 kPa of soil water potential during 1~30 days after heading on grainfilling characteristics were studied with pots under rainproof shelter.The results showed that continuous controlling water treatments at -65~-60 kPa of soil water potential during grain filling period had no significantly effect on economic yield of the two rice varieties.Continuous controlling water reduced the maximum rate of grain filling and mean rate of grain filling,decreased grain weight increment,extended effective grainfilling time,and therefore 1 000 grain weight for upper primary branches grains and basal secondary branches grains was not significantly reduced.Continuous controlling water made initial growth potential of upper primary branches grains for Shangyu 397 increasing,initial growth potential of basal secondary branches grains for Shangyu 397 decreasing,initial growth potential of each part for Suijing 3 decreasing,and time to reach the maximum grainfilling rate for each part of two rice varieties extend.Continuous controlling water shorted duration of the early periods for upper primary branches grains of two rice varieties,extended duration of the early periods for basal secondary branches grains of two rice varieties,and extended duration of the middle and later periods for grains on different positions of a panicle in two rice varieties.
