- 为建立玫瑰组织培养体系,研究以红花玫瑰嫩茎为初次诱导外植体,对红花玫瑰的离体培养途径进行研究。结果表明:芽诱导培养基配方为MS+6-BA 2.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.3 mg·L-1+蔗糖30 g·L-1+琼脂6 g·L·1;增殖培养配方为MS+6-BA 3.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1+蔗糖30 g·L-1+琼脂6 g·L-1;生根培养配方为1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1+蔗糖30 g·L-1+琼脂6 g·L-1。
- Abstract:
- In order to establish tissue culture system of rose,taking nodal segments as explants,the culture way of red rose was studied.The results showed that the optimum initial cultural medium was MS+6-BA 2.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.3 mg·L-1+sucrose 30 g·L-1+agar 6 g·L-1;The optimum multiplication medium was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1+sucrose 30 g·L-1+6 g·L-1 agar;The optimum root inducing cultural medium was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1+sucrose 30 g·L-1+agar 6 g·L-1.
