- 为筛选出多年生黑麦草抗盐品种,以应用于盐碱地区草坪绿化,研究了NaCl和Na2SO4混合物胁迫对多年生黑麦草叶片相对电导率、SOD活性、叶绿素和脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明:3个供试多年生黑麦草品种均具一定耐盐性,名仕品种耐盐性最强,明星102次之,美达丽最弱。NaCl和Na2SO4混合物与土壤干重比为2.0%为各品种的最大耐盐浓度。
- Abstract:
- In order to screen Lolium perenne with salt resistance to apply in lawnmakegreen of saline alkali area,the effect of salt mixtures of NaCl and Na2SO4 on relative conductivity,SOD activity,chlorophyll content and proline content of Lolium perenne leaves was studied.The results showed that three kinds of Lolium perenne all had certain resistance to salt.Mingshi had high tolerance to salt,following with Mingxing 102,Meidali had low tolerance to salt.The highest salt tolerance level was soil dry weight with 2.0% salt mixtures of NaCl and Na2SO4.
