- 为了开发生产紫杉醇的新途径,以中国红豆杉根、茎、叶为试验材料,对其中产紫杉醇的内生真菌进行分离和鉴定。结果表明:从中国红豆杉中共分离出10株内生真菌,在PDA液体培养基中发酵后经薄层层析法检测,出2株能够产生紫杉醇,对产紫杉醇的菌株进行形态学鉴定表明,其中一株为青霉属,另一株为芽枝霉属。
- Abstract:
- In order to develop new ways of taxol production,taking roots,stems and leaves of Taxus chinensis as materials,the taxol-producing endophytic fungi was isolated and identified.The results showed that ten strains of endophytic fungi had been isolated from Taxus chinensis,two strains could produce taxol by thin layer chromatography after fermentation in the PDA liquid culture medium,through morphological identification,it was determined that a strain was Penicillium,another strain was Cladosporium.
