水分胁迫对美人松幼苗生长的影响

- 为探讨美人松对水分胁迫的适应性,以美人松二年生实生幼苗为试验材料,研究不同土壤含水量对美人松株高、茎粗及根冠比的影响。结果表明:除土壤含水量达到饱和时对美人松的株高生长无显著影响,其它水分胁迫均明显抑制美人松幼苗株高生长,且水淹胁迫抑制程度大于干旱胁迫。水淹胁迫对美人松茎粗生长影响不显著,其抑制程度小于干旱胁迫。水分胁迫对美人松根冠比无显著影响。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the adapation of Pinus sylvestris var.Sylvestriformis for water stress,taking biennial Pinus sylvestris var.Sylvestriformis seedlings as test materials,the effects of different water stress on plant height,stem diameter and root shoot ratio of Pinus sylvestris var.sylvestriformis were studied.The results showed that there was no significant effect on the plant height with saturated soil water,other water stress treatments inhibited the seedling growth of Pinus sylvestris var.sylvestriformis obviously,and the inhibitory degree of flooding stress was greater than drought stress.The flooding stress had no significant effect on stem diameter,its inhibitory degree was lower than drought stress.And water stress had no significant effect on root shoot ratio.
