- 铁岭是我国商品粮基地之一,水资源匮乏制约着粮食生产发展,随着粮食需求的增长,对我国粮食安全提出了更高的要求,因此,目前提高铁岭市粮食产量是确保粮食安全的关键。从粮食安全的概念出发,研究分析了铁岭市粮食生产情况及粮食生产用水现状,并根据铁岭市水资源缺乏、旱涝灾害频繁及水土流失严重等特点,提出了提高粮食产量、保障国家粮食安全的对策,旨在满足经济的快速发展以及粮食需求的日益增长。
- Abstract:
- Tieling city is one of the commodity grain bases in China,water resources shortage restricted the development of grain production.As the growth of the demand for grain,higher requirements of grain security were put forward.So,increasing production base was the key to ensure grain security.From the grain safety concept,the grain production situation and the status of water utilization in grain production were analyzed.According to the characteristics of water resources shortage,frequent droughts and floods and serious soil erosion,the countermeasures for increasing grain yield and safeguarding national grain safety were put forward,so as to meet the rapid development of economy and the growing demand for grain.
