- 为了研究重金属污染的生物治理措施,采用马铃薯培养基从土壤中分离筛选获得了具有耐Cd2+和Cu2+菌株,对该目标菌株进行了形态学观察和生长特性的测定,采用原子吸收法测定了该菌株对Cd2+和Cu2+的吸附能力。结果表明:初步确定所获得的目标菌株属于酵母菌类,最适生长pH为8.5,最适生长温度为28℃。该目标菌株对Cd2+的最高耐受浓度为16 mmol?L-1,对Cu2+的最高耐受浓度为4 mmol?L-1。该目标菌株对Cd2+和Cu2+的最大吸附率和最佳吸附时间不同。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the biological treatment measures of heavy metal pollution,the resistance strain for Cd2+ and Cu2+ was separated from soil by using potato medium,and its characteristics,including the colony morphology,growth,adsorption to Cd2+,Cu2+,were measured.The results showed that the target strain was identified as the yeast,the optimum growth pH was 8.5,the optimum growth temperature was 28℃.For the aim strain,the highest concentration of tolerance to Cd2+ and Cu2+was at about 16 mmol?L-1,4 mmol?L-1 respectively.The target strain was different between the maximum adsorption rate and adsorption time for Cd2+ and Cu2+.
