- 为促进四川山矾育苗生产,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,系统研究了扦插基质、激素种类、激素浓度和浸泡时间4个因素对四川山矾扦插枝条的生根率及根长生长的影响。结果表明:四川山矾扦插的最佳技术方法为珍珠岩+IBA+200 mg.L-1+浸泡2 h,可使生根率和根长最高,分别为90%和6.15 cm。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the seedling production of Symplocos setchuensis,the effect of cuttage matrix(A),hormone kinds(B),hormone concentration(C)and soaking time(D) were studied on rooting rate and growth of Symplocos setchuensi cutting branches root by orthogonal design.The results showed that the best experimental treatment was perlite+IBA+200 mg?L-1+ soaking for 2 h,the rooting rate was 90%,and root length was 6.15 cm.
