- 为了指导马铃薯黑胫病相关试验,利用CVP培养基,对疑似感染了黑胫病的马铃薯植株进行病原菌的分离、鉴定和纯化,并对菌株的3种保存方法进行比较和探讨,同时采用病原菌回接的方法对菌株致病性进行鉴定,最终成功建立了马铃薯黑胫病菌分离纯化体系。
- Abstract:
- In order to guide relevant test of potato black leg,CVP medium was used to isolate,identify and purify the pathogen of the potato plant that was suspected infected with black leg.Three preservation methods of strain were compared and discussed.Inoculation test were used to identify the virulence of pathogenic.At last,the separation and purification system of potato black leg pathogen was established successfully.
