- 介绍了自行研制的SCFB-6型自热式生物质快速热解设备,主要包括:加热系统、进料系统、反应系统、气固分离系统、冷凝系统以及监测控制系统。该装置工艺流程科学合理、节能高效,设备布局紧凑、运行稳定,运行成本低。
- Abstract:
- The self-developed SCFB-6 Self-heating Biomass Fast Pyrolysis Equipment was introduced,mainly including heating system,feeding system,reaction system,gas-solid separation system,refrigeration system and controling system.The technological process of the fast pyrolysis equipment is scientific,reasonable,energy-saving and efficient.The equipment is compact,it can stably operation running with low costs.
