- 为明确2.5%咪鲜?吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂防治水稻苗期病害的适宜剂量,以水稻品种龙粳26为试材,采用随机区组设计的方法,进行了2.5%咪鲜?吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂对水稻立枯病和恶苗病防治效果的研究。结果表明:2.5%咪鲜?吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂20~25 g?kg-1-能有效防治恶苗病的发生,苗床和本田的防治效果分别达到了100%和99.3%,对水稻立枯病具有较强的抑制作用,其病情指数防效分别达到了72.1%和79.4%,对水稻出苗及正常生长安全,是一种比较理想的防治水稻苗期病害药剂。
- Abstract:
- In order to confirm appropriate dose of 2.5% Prochloraz?Imidacloprid FS on the rice seedling diseases, taking rice variety Longjing 26 as experimental material, the effects of prevention and control on Fusarium moniliforme Sheld and rice damping-off were studied by the method of randomized block design. The results showed that it could prevent and control effectively Fusarium moniliforme Sheld when dosage of 2.5% Prochloraz?Imidacloprid FS was 20~25 g?kg-1-, the control effects in seedbed and field were 100% and 99.3%-, respectively; it has stronger inhibition effect on rice damping-off, the control effects were 72.1% and 79.4%, it’s safety for rice germination and normal growth, it’s ideal to prevent and control the rice seedling diseases.
