- 为更好地改良和利用CIMMYT种质资源,从改良后部分CIMMYT亚热带群体中筛选出10份自交系与测验种测交,进行产量配合力和杂种优势分析。结果表明:在供试的10份自交系中,C-2,C-3,C-8是综合表现比较理想的自交系,从其组配的组合中筛选出高产杂交组合的可能性较大,应当充分加以利用;可根据育种目标有针对性地进行自交系的利用与改良,如C-4和C-5可降低株高,C-2可增加穗粗。C-3×Mo17,C-8×黄早4组合产量较高,抗逆性强,可对其作进一步的鉴定试验。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve and make use of CIMMYT germplasm resources,10 inbred lines screening from the modified CIMMYT subtropical populations crossing with test crosses,the yield combining ability and heterosis were analyzed.The results showed that:in tested 10 inbred lines,C-2,C-3,C-8 were integrated performance ideal inbred lines,the possibility was larger to screen high yield hybrid combinations from the combination groups,should make full use;some inbred lines could be used and improved according to the breeding objective,such as C-4,C-5 could reduce the plant height,C-2 could increase ear diameter.C-3×Mo17 and C-8×Huangzao 4 had high yield and strong resistance,could be used in the further identification test.
