- 为明确波斯菊、百日草、矢车菊对重金属Pb-Cd的耐性,研究了不同浓度Pb-Cd复合胁迫对这3种菊科草本花卉种子的发芽率及生长影响。结果表明:在低浓度的Pb-Cd复合胁迫下,波斯菊、百日草、矢车菊的发芽率、鲜重和株高随着处理浓度的升高而增大,但Pb-Cd浓度超过750-40 mg?L-1时各项指标均下降;百日草、矢车菊的根冠比随着Pb-Cd浓度的升高而增大,但Pb-Cd浓度超过750-40 mg?L-1时,根冠比下降显著,波斯菊的根冠比则随Pb-Cd浓度的升高而持续降低;3种菊科花卉的根冠比、鲜重、株高值均表现为矢车菊>百日草>波斯菊。
- Abstract:
- In order to prove the patience of Cosmos bipinnatus,Zinniaelegans and Centaurea cyanus Linn.the effect of different concerntration of Pb-Cd composite stress on seed germination and growth of the three kinds of Asteraceae was studied.The results showed that the germination rate,fresh weight and plant height of Cosmos bipinnatus,Zinniaelegans and Centaurea cyanus Linn were increased with the concentration of Pb-Cd increased under the low concentration of Pb-Cd composite stress,but all the indexes decreased when the Pb-Cd concentrationmore than 750-40 mg?L-1;The value of root cap rate of Zinniaelegans and Centaurea cyanus Linn increased with treatment concentration of Pb-Cd increased,but the value of root cap rate decreased significantly when the Pb-Cd concentrationmore than 750-40 mg?L-1,the value of root cap rate of Cosmos bipinnatus steadily reduced with the Pb-Cd concentration increased;The value of root cap rate,fresh weight and plant height of three kinds of composite were Centaurea cyanus Linn >Zinniaelegans > Cosmos bipinnatus.
