- 叶绿体是植物唯一能够进行光合作用的细胞器,叶绿体大部分的蛋白质来自核基因的转译,通过论述蛋白质导向叶绿体之前在胞质中的机理,阐述了胞质中未折叠蛋白的控制机理。
- Abstract:
- Chloroplastsaretheuniqueorganellesthatcontributetophotosynthesisinplant.Mostofproteinsinchloroplastsaretranslatedbythenucleargenome.Throughdescribingrecenttheadvancesoftheresearchabouthowproteinaretargetedtothechloroplastsinthecytosol,amechanisminvolvedinunimportedchloroplastproteinscontrollinginthecytosolhasbeenreviewed.
