- 为了提高荔浦芋的品质和产量,采用热处理和茎尖培养相结合的方法,研究诱导荔浦芋脱毒苗的最佳组合条件。结果表明:荔浦芋无根苗置于37.8℃的恒温培养箱中处理15 d,然后剥取0.5~0.6 mm的茎尖,在MS+3%蔗糖+0.7%琼脂+0.5 mg?L-16-BA和0.1 mg?L-1NAA的培养基上培育成苗,可有效去除荔浦芋的芋花叶病毒。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the quality and yield of Lipu-taro,the method of heat treatment with shoot-tip culture was used to study the best combination of induction conditions for Virus-free Lipu-taro(Colocasia esculenta L.Schott.).The results showed that when the root-free seedlings were put in incubator,the temperature was kept 38.7℃ for 15 days,0.5~0.6 mm shoot-tips were inoculated into the MS medium with 3% sucrose,0.5 mg.L-1 6-BA and 0.1 mg.L-1 NAA,dasheen mosaic virus could be removed effectively.
