水杨酸对铜胁迫下水稻幼苗膜脂过氧化作用的影响

- 为了探讨水杨酸在缓解重金属胁迫中的作用,以水稻为材料,通过水培试验,研究了在重金属铜处理下水杨酸对水稻幼苗膜脂过氧化作用的影响。结果表明:随着铜浓度的提高,水稻幼苗叶片的膜完整性被破坏,电导率增加,最大为对照组的2.62倍,同时MDA含量显著提高,表明膜脂过氧化作用加剧。而对铜处理的水稻幼苗滴加水杨酸时,水稻叶片的电导率、MDA均比单独铜处理有所下降,说明水杨酸在一定程度上保护了膜系统的完整性,降低了水稻幼苗的膜脂过氧化作用。同时水杨酸还提高了铜处理水稻幼苗的POD、CAT和SOD的活性,强化了植物体内保护酶的功能,增强了水稻幼苗对抗重金属毒害的能力
- Abstract:
- InordertoinvestigatetheeffectofSAinrelievingheavymetalstress,theeffectofsalicylicacidonmembranelipidperoxidationinriceseedlingsleafundercopperstresswerestudiedbywatercultureexperimentwithriceasmaterial.TheresultsshowedthatwiththeelevationofCu2+concentration,themembraneintegrityofriceseedlingsleafwasdestroyedandtheelectricconductivityincreased,themaximumwas2.62timesofthecontrolgroup,meanwhiletheMDAcontentwasraisedsignificantly,whichindicatedthatthemembranelipidperoxidationwasintensified.Butwhensalicylicacidwasdropwisedduringthewaterculture,theelectricconductivityandMDAcontentwerebothdecreased,whichillustratedthesalicylicacidcouldprotecttheintegrityofmembranesystemincertaindegreeandreleasethemembranelipidperoxidationofriceseedlingsleaf.Atthesametime,salicylicacidalsoincreasedPOD,CATandSODactivityofriceseedlingleaf,enrichedprotectiveenzymeinplantandreinforcedtheabilityofriceseedlingoppositiontoheavymetalpoison.
