- 大叶铁线莲具有耐旱植物特征,根系长达60 cm以上。为研究其是否能够在大庆草原沙土干旱生境应用于园林绿化,选择大叶铁线莲一年生实生苗为试材,以30%、50%、70%浓度的PEG溶液人工模拟干旱渗透胁迫,测定其在不同干旱胁迫下,叶面积、叶片含水量、根系活力的变化。结果表明:大叶铁线莲的叶面积和叶片的绝对含水量与PEG的浓度及PEG的处理时间呈负相关:其中以30%PEG处理12 h叶片开始出现皱缩,叶面积减少16.67%;50% PEG处理8 h减少21.69%;70% PEG处理4 h减少34.00%。根系活力与PEG的浓度及PEG的处理时间呈负相关,胁迫28 h,30%、50%、70%PEG处理的根系活力分别下降53.36%、72.25%和81.62%。大叶铁线莲在不同干旱胁迫下具有一定的抗旱能力,30%PEG胁迫20 h以内,70%植株能恢复,PEG对恢复后的植株仍有伤害,表现为形态不正常,但能长出新叶;50%PEG胁迫16 h以内,65%植株能恢复;70%PEG胁迫12 h植株就失去生命活力。复水28 h后,30%、50%PEG根系活力各恢复44%和14%;70%PEG处理的根系活力没有恢复。
- Abstract:
- Clematis heracleifolia has drought-tolerant plants characteristics with the root over 60 cm.For the purpose of studying whether it could be used for landscaping in area of drought sand habitat like Daqing grassland,one-year Clematis heracleifoliawas chosen as test materials and 30%,50%,70% PEG simulation drought osmotic stress were used to determine the leaf area,leaf water content,root vigor changes under different drought stress.The results showed that:the leaf area and leaf water content of Clematis heracleifolia had negative correlation with the concentration of the PEG and PEG processing time:30% PEG processing 12 h,leaves began to appear shrink,leaf area reducing 16.67%;50% PEG processing 8 h reduce 21.69%,and 70% PEG processing 4 h reduced by 34.00%.Root vigor has negative correlation with the concentration of the PEG and PEG processing time.Stressing 28 h,root activity of 30%,50%,70% PEG processing were reduced by 53.36%,72.25%,81.62%.Clematis heracleifolia had certain ability of fighting drought in stress:30% PEG stressing within 20 h,70% plant could resume,but PEG still hurt the restoration of the plant,for the performance of the form of the Clematis heracleifolia was not normal,but Clematis heracleifolia could leaf out;50% PEG stressing within 16 h,65% plant could restore;70% PEG stressing 12 h,plant lost life energy.After watering 28 h,30%,50% PEG root activity each restoration 44% and 14%,70% PEG root vigor had not restored.
