- 为了筛选适于树莓组织培养发生的有效途径,以树莓品种费尔杜德为材料,研究了激素浓度和蔗糖浓度对树莓初生培养的影响。结果表明:费尔杜德初生培养基为MS+1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.3 mg·L-1IAA+30 g·L-1蔗糖。
- Abstract:
- In order to select an effective way suitable for raspberry tissue culture,Fertodzamatos was taken as experimental material to study the effects of hormone concentration and sucrose concentration on initial culture of raspberry.The results showed that Fertodzamatos initial culture medium was MS+1 mg·L-16-BA+0.3 mg·L-1IAA+30 g·L-1 sucrose.
