- 在马铃薯脱毒试管苗工厂化快繁过程中,为了抑制试管苗中的真菌污染,减少损失,采用平板生长抑制法用3种植物源杀菌剂苦参、中草药和黑农一号,对植物组织培养中青霉菌抑菌效果进行研究。结果表明:在培养基中加入黑农一号抑菌剂抑制青霉菌的效果最好,浓度在2.0%时,抑菌率达100.0%。
- Abstract:
- In order to inhibit fungal contamination of virus-free potato in vitro plants in rapid propagation and reduce the loss,plating medium inhibition was applied to study the impact on inhibiting penicillium with three kinds of herbal fungicides,including Sophora flavescens,Chinese medicinal herb and Heinong No.1 during tissue culture to inhibit the contamination in test tubes and realize rapid propagation.The results showed that penicillium was inhibited best in medium added with Heinong No.1.The inhibition rate reach 100.0%.
