- 农村能源是农村经济发展的基石,对农村能源消费科学、合理的预测,可为制定农村能源政策提供依据。采用灰色理论中的GM(1,1)模型对我国农村能源消费量以及所占总能源消费比例进行预测,2015年我国农村能源消费量将达到14.1亿t标准煤、所占总能源消费比例将达到23.76%,其相对误差和后验差检验均合格,最后对农村能源发展提出了政策建议。
- Abstract:
- The rural energy is the cornerstone of the development of rural economy,the scientific and reasonable prediction on rural energy consumption could provide a basis for making the rural energy policy.The GM(1,1)model of the grey theory was used to predict China’s rural energy consumption as well as the proportion of total energy consumption ratio,in 2015 China’s rural energy consumption would reach 14.1 tons of standard coal,the total energy consumption ratio would reach 23.76%,the relative error and posteriori test all qualified,finally,it provide policy proposal or rural energy development offer.
