- 为探讨低剂量电子束对马铃薯品质的影响,以马铃薯二级种薯尤金885及海薯1号为供试材料,利用加速器产生的电子束辐照处理种薯后进行田间培育,研究其对马铃薯产量及品质的影响。结果表明:低剂量电子束辐照具有良好的增产效果,3~6 Gy处理组的增产效果明显;低剂量电子束辐照对淀粉、干物质及还原糖含量有明显的影响,但因品种不同而有所差异。深入研究此项技术,可解决油炸专用型马铃薯短缺的问题。
- Abstract:
- To investigate the effect of low-dose electron beam to quality of potato,Youjin 855 and Hailun No.1 treated by electron-beam irradiation were used as experimental materials to conduct field training.Agronomic traits were observed at potato growing season and analyzed some quality at harvest time.The results showed that low-dose electron beam irradiation improved the yield of potato,when irradiation dose was 3~6 Gy,potato yield was obviously improved.Low-dose electron beam irradiation had an obvious impact on starch,dry matter and reducing sugar content,but different varieties had different impact.Researching on this technology deeply could solve the problem of special potato shortages for frying.
