- 沙棘属于抗旱树种,在漫长的生存和进化过程中,对自然条件形成了强大的适应性。为研究沙棘在沈阳地区的光合特性,以沈阳地区引进的不同沙棘品种(辽阜1号、辽阜2号、楚伊、向阳、阿列伊)为试材,对沙棘的光合指标进行了测定与分析。结果表明:各沙棘品种的光合速率具有明显的日变化,并且日变化总体来说均呈“午休”型的双峰型曲线,最高峰出现在12∶00前后,然后逐渐下降,到14∶00 时又逐渐回升,次峰出现在15∶00前后;辽阜2号的光合速率较明显地大于其它品种,蒸腾速率和气孔导度也呈相同的变化趋势。
- Abstract:
- H.rhamnoides is a drought tolerance species in china.During the long period of living and evolution,it has been formed a strong adaptability to the environment.In order to study the photosynthetic characberistics of Hippophae rhamnoides in Shenyang,taking different H.rhamnoides species as experiment objects,which were Liaofu No.1,Liaofu No.2,Chuyi,Xiangyang andAlieyi.The photosynthetic characteristics of the different H.rhamnoides varieties were studied.The results showed that H.rhamnoides varieties photosynthetic rate had obviously diurnal variation.They were all displayed an obvious midday-depression and double peak curve on bright sunny days in summer.The net photosynthetic rate increased rapidly for a few hours after sunrise,reached a peak at about 12∶00,then followed until about 14∶00,then increased again and reached a second but lower peak at about 15∶00.The photosynthetic rate of Liaofu No.2 was greater than other varieties,the transpiration rate and the stoma conductance had the same variation tendency.
