- 工业化养殖是水产养殖的必经之路，建立工业化养殖保险，为工业化养殖的健康、可持续发展提供保障也是水产养殖保险发展的必要部分。工业化养殖具有巨大的发展潜力，其不受气候约束性使得其保险的条件较为简化，但由于工业化养殖尚未完全发展、保险公司参与性不高、政府支持力度不够等原因，工业化养殖保险至今尚未开始发展。为有效促进工业化养殖保险的开展，提出了促进工业化养殖发展、成立工业化养殖保险科研项目、尝试互助保险并加强政府扶持力度等建议。
- Abstract:
- Industrialized farming is the necessary way for aquaculture,therefore it’s essential to establish insurance to support the healthy and sustainable development of industrialized farming.Industrialized farming has great development potential.It has little restriction from climate change,which making the insurance terms more simply.However,the industrial aquaculture insurance has not yet started for the industrial farming has not yet fully developed,and the insurance companies have low participation and the government’s support is insufficient.In order to carry on industrial aquaculture insurance effectively,there are some suggests including facilitating the development of industrial farming,establishing industrial aquaculture insurance research project,trying mutual insurance and strengthening the government’s support and so on.
