- 利用光学显微镜对5种豆科植物(蚕豆、黄花苜蓿、白车轴草、双荚决明、豌豆)的叶表皮特征进行了观察。结果表明:不同豆科植物的叶表皮特征既具有一定的相似性,如气孔在叶片上的分布,也有一定的差异性,如叶表皮细胞的形状、垂周壁式样、气孔长短轴之比等。豆科叶表皮特征共同点说明豆科是一自然类群,其不同点说明叶表皮的某些特征可以作为种间区分的依据。因此,豆科的叶表皮特征具有分类学意义,能为该科现生植物的系统分类以及在可持续农业发展中的应用提供可靠依据。
- Abstract:
- Leaf epidermis characteristics of 5 species of Leguminosae sp.were observed under light microscope and some quantity index was measured by analyzing system of microphotograph.The results revealed that the epidermal structure was the same type:the distribution of stomatal.But some cuticular variability existed at an inter-specific level in terms of cell shape,anticlines the proportionment of length to width of stomatal aperture etc.were different among species.Therefore,the common cuticular features indicated that the genus Leguminosae sp.was a nutural taxon,while the minor variations in its epidermal anatomy provided additional evidence for the inter-specific differentiation.It is concluded that the epidermal anatomy of Leguminosae sp.was of considerable taxonomic significance,having great potential to improve the classical taxonomy.
