- 估算地区水污染造成的价值损失是合理进行水资源规划和保护水环境的一个重要方面。通过采用浓度-价值损失率法和恢复费用法等估算了黄河三角洲地区2009年生活污水和工业废水的价值损失,结果表明:生活污水中东营、滨州、寒亭区和寿光市达到了功能丧失的程度,昌邑市达到了重度损害的程度,工业废水中乐陵市和庆云县达到了功能丧失的程度,滨州和寿光市达到了中度损害的程度,东营、寒亭区和昌邑市为轻微损害;由于COD和氨氮的污染,2009年黄河三角洲地区污废水价值损失为47 778.497万元,其中生活污水价值损失为30 423.712万元,工业废水价值损失为17 354.785万元,对当地经济发展产生了一定的影响。
- Abstract:
- Value loss estimation caused by sewage and wastewater is an important aspect to program water resource and protect water environment.Sewage and wastewater value loss in the Yellow River Delta in 2009 were estimated using the concentration-value loss factor and replacement cost method.It concluded that for sewage,Dongying,Binzhou,Hanting and Shouguang reached the function loss extent,and Changyi reached the serious damage extent.For the industry waste water,Leling and Qingyun county reached the function loss extent,Binzhou and Shouguang reached the moderate damage extent,Dongying,Hanting and Changyi were light damage extent.As the pollution of COD and NH3,the sewage and wastewater value loss in the Yellow River Delta in 2009 was 47 778.497×104 yuan,in which the sewage value loss was 30 423.712×104 yuan,the industrial wastewater value loss was 17 354.785×104yuan.This impacted the development of the local economic.
