摘要:
农业科技档案是科研过程的真实全面记录，是科研工作的重要依据。就如何加强农业科技档案管理、服务农业科研工作，提出了加强农业科技档案资源建设、积极推进档案信息化、提高档案管理者的素质和能力的建议。
Abstract:
Agricultural scientific archive,which a comprehensively and truly record of agricultural scientific research process,is an important basis for scientific research.Suggestions such asstrengthening construction of agricultural scientific archive resources，promoting archive informatization and improving quality and capacity of file managers were proposed regarding how to improve the management on scientific archive management and agricultural research service.
