- 采用不同浓度的NaCl(0、50、100、250、400 mmol·L-1)胁迫处理白车轴草20 d,分别测定其光合生理指标和叶绿素含量。结果表明:在不同浓度NaCl胁迫下,白车轴草叶片中叶绿素含量总体呈降低趋势,其中叶绿素b含量降低更明显,表现为叶绿素a/b的比值增大;叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度等生理指标随NaCl胁迫浓度增大呈下降趋势;胞间二氧化碳浓度在NaCl浓度为50、100、250 mmol?L-1时下降,400 mmol·L-1表现为升高。
- Abstract:
- Trifolum repnes Linn were treated with different concentrations of NaCl(0、50、100、250、400 mmol·L-1) for 20 days,then the photosynthetic properties and chlorophyll content were examined.The result showed that the contents of chlorophyll descend,the chlorophyll b descended obviously and the ratio of chlorophyll a/b increased.Along with the concentration of NaCl increasing the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomata conductance decreased.But intercellular CO2 concentration decreasing when concentrations of NaCl were 50、100、250 mmol·L-1,while increasing when concentration of NaCl was 400 mmol·L-1.
