- 对蝴蝶兰组织培养中丛生芽增殖进行了研究。结果表明:在丛生芽增殖过程中,培养基、生长素、细胞分裂素和糖类是最主要的影响因子。添加肌醇等有机物的改良KC培养基在新叶数、株高和增殖系数要优于其它3种培养基;从而总结出,增殖培养基为改良KC培养基+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1+6-BA 7 mg·L-1+食用糖20 g·L-1+琼脂10 g·L-1+活性碳2 g·L-1,pH 5.4。
- Abstract:
- The clusterd buds multiplication in tissue culture of Phalaenopsis amabiliswas studied.The results showed that in the process of clusterd buds multiplication,the culture medium,the growth hormone,the cell division element and the carbohydrate were the most effect factors.The culture medium of improved KC adding with organic matter was superior to the other 3 mediums in number of new leaves,plant height and multiplication coefficient.Therefore,the multiplication culture medium was:improved KC culture medium + NAA 0.5 mg·L-1+6-BA 7 mg·L-1+ edible sugar 20 g·L-1+ agar-agar 10 g·L-1+ the activated carbon 2 g·L-1,pH 5.4.
