- 对1龄施氏鲟Acipenser schrenckii在静水池塘养殖条件下的生长特性进行了研究。结果表明:平均体全长25.99 cm、平均体重53.70 g的施氏鲟经过60 d土质静水池塘的培育,体全长增长58.83%,体重增长360.20%。体重与体全长呈幂函数关系,关系式为W=0.000 6 L3.484R2=0.991 6。试验鱼体重日增长量、相对增长率和特定增长率均随水温下降呈先上升后下降的趋势,于水温20.0℃时达到最高。生长常数为0.248 4~0.511 2,生长指标为0.049 6~0.102 2,肥满度为0.289 4~0.372 9,生长离散逐渐加剧。
- Abstract:
- The growth of 1-year-old juvenile Acipenser schrenckii?in pond-culture was studied.The results showed that the juveniles’ mean total body length which was 25.99 cm and body weight which was 53.70 g increased by 58.83% and 360.20% respectively after 60 days rearing.There was a power function relationship:W=0.000 6 L3.484,R2=0.991 6,between body weight and total body length.The daily increasing weight,RIR and SGR of juveniles increased with the water temperature decreased,and reached the maxmium until 20.0℃,and then decreased.GC ranged from 0.248 4 to 0.511 2,GT ranged from 0.049 6 to 0.102 2,K ranged from 0.289 4 to 0.372 9.The body weight and total body length CV showed an increasing trend.
