- 在中度盐碱地条件下,选择132份地方水稻种质资源,通过分析死叶百分率、盐碱危害指数和农艺性状来评价供试资源的耐盐碱性,筛选耐盐碱水稻资源材料。结果表明:绥粳5号和龙粳21在3方面均表现较好,说明其对盐碱环境的适应能力更强。此外垦稻14、龙粳22、绥粳01-5193、龙花99-771也表现了较好的耐盐碱性,可作为耐盐碱粳稻资源加以利用。
- Abstract:
- Under moderate saline-alkali conditions, 132 portion of local rice germplasm were selected to screen and select materials with saline-alkali tolerance by analyzing the percentage of dead leaves, saline-alkali hazard index and agronomic traits to evaluate resistance to saline-alkali. The results showed that Suijing No.5 and Longjing 21 performed better in all three aspects, indicated stronger ability to adapt saline-alkali environmen.In addition,Kendao 14,Longjing 22,Suijing 01-5193, Longhua 99-771, which also showed a strong resistance to saline-alkali,cloud be used as japonicagermplasm with saline-alkali tolerance.
