- 采用裂区试验研究了不同插秧苗数与株行距对稻米产量、品质的影响。结果表明:插秧苗数对水稻平方米穗数、穗粒数及产量影响显著,随插秧苗数增多,水稻平方米穗数增加,穗粒数则下降;株行距对水稻平方米穗数及空瘪粒、空瘪率、产量影响显著,随株行距减小,水稻平方米穗数增多,产量增加。插秧苗数对稻米垩白率、垩白度、整精米率影响显著,随着插秧苗数增多,稻米垩白率、垩白度增加,整精米率减少,插秧苗数对稻米蛋白质含量及直链淀粉含量影响不显著;株行距对水稻品质各项指标影响不显著。整体来说,在一定的密度范围内,蛋白质含量随插秧苗数的增多而增高,随密度的增大而增高,栽培密度过大,直链淀粉含量、稻米食味品质以及外观品质下降。
- Abstract:
- The effect of number of different rice seedlings and plant-row spacing on yield and quality of rice was studied through split-spot experimental design.The result showed that the effect of different rice seedlings on ear numbers per square meters,grains per ear and yield was significant,the ear numbers per square meters increased,and grain per ear decreased with the increasing of rice seedlings;the effect of plant-row spacing on ear numbers per square meters,empty deflated grain,empty deflated rate and yield was significant,ear numbers per square meters and yield increased with the decreasing of plant-row spacing.The effect of different rice seedlings on chalky rice,chalky area,milled rice was significant,the rate of chalky rice,chalky area increased and head milled rice decreased with the increasing of different rice seedlings,the effect of different rice seedlings on protein content and amylose content was no significant,plant-row spacing had no significant effect on rice quality.Overall,in a certain density range,the protein content of rice increased with the increasing of rice seedlings and planting density,planting density was too large,amylose content,eating quality and appearance quality of rice decreased.
